AFRICA
MISSION STATEMENT

“Nomad Charities is both a registered NGO in Kenya and a registered non-profit in the US that seeks to improve the quality of lives of adults and children who are homeless, exploited and orphaned by the devastation of the HIV/AIDS crisis in Kenya, through programs and services, so that they may realize their full potential in society.”

Jenn and Janette have both lived and worked throughout Africa for over 15 years. Wanting to settle down and work in one area in Africa, the two traveled and researched numerous countries and villages, finally setting their sites on a small village in eastern Kenya called Kibwezi.

Currently Nomad Charities is the only NGO (non-profit) in the entire area, addressing the needs of the local people.

Some of Nomad's free programs and services include medical clinics, orphan feeding programs, free secondary education, running a 36-bed orphanage, environmental and clean water projects, organic farming and empowering women.

Nomad invites you to e-mail Jenn or Janette to ask questions and/or to learn more about how you can help make a difference in the life of a child in need.
